axbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. axbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond axbet's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude axbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by axbet's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your axbet account at any time by contacting axbet support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable time.
axbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where axbet has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
